Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations must be received at by September 5th, 2023 to be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 5th, 2023.
A US$50 administrative fee will be deducted from each refund or cancellation processed.

Attendee Substitution Policy

Requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to no later than September 5th, 2023. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time without penalty. The registration rate difference will apply depending on the membership status of the new registration.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  1. For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded within 2 months of the payment only.
  2. For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee named on the account.
  3. All bank charges will be payable by the recipient.
