Caroline is a dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and business/commercial management.

Currently completing her Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration,she holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, all from the University of Nairobi. She combines academic rigor with practical expertise.

Caroline’s career at Ericsson Kenya Limited has been marked by impactful roles, including her current position as a Board of Directors member and Assistant Managing Director for Kenya. She serves as the Commercial Director for Customers in the South & East Africa – MMEA, where she manages end-to-end commercial operations, from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring profitability and contract adherence. Caroline is also a key driver of commercial excellence and the development of price and complex business models.

Her earlier role as Commercial Director for Customer Unit Bharti Africa & CU East Africa – RSSA showcased her prowess in defining commercial strategies and fostering strong customer relationships.

Caroline’s exceptional achievements include awards for driving commercials for first 4G Bharti Africa Contract and also first 5G CU contract, many successful contract closures & execution, and her techno-commercial expertise. Her commitment to excellence and leadership make her a valuable asset in the telecommunications industry.
